I, Nancy Hilton, make my artwork, AI-assisted images, stories, audio, video, and other creative works
available through this Website and my authorized online accounts.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Content made available through hiltonartist.com
and, where applicable, Content that I publish or authorize through my social-media accounts, Spotify, and other online platforms.

By accessing, downloading, copying, displaying, or otherwise using Content from this Website, you agree
to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download or use the Content.

About This Website

I, Nancy Hilton, personally operate hiltonartist.com and personally own the rights that I have in my original creative works, except where otherwise stated.

I also personally operate my Spotify content.
My Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram accounts are managed on my behalf by members of my marketing team.

My Content is provided without charge. I do not sell products or services through this Website, charge for
downloads, accept donations, offer subscriptions, or display advertising.

Definitions

For purposes of these Terms:
“Website” means hiltonartist.com and its associated pages and content.

“Paintings” means my original watercolor paintings and authorized digital reproductions of those paintings.

“AI Images” means digital images created with the assistance of artificial-intelligence tools, including
images created by me and images created for my projects by members of my marketing team pursuant to
written agreements with me.

“Artwork” means my Paintings, AI Images, and other visual creative works made available through the
Website or my authorized online accounts.

“Written Works” means my original stories, books, writings, and other literary works.

“Audio and Video” means my audio recordings, narrated stories, video recordings, and other audiovisual
works.

“Content” means my Artwork, Written Works, Audio and Video, and other creative works that I publish,
distribute, or authorize others to publish or distribute through the Website or my authorized online
accounts.

Copyright and Ownership

I personally own the copyrights and other rights that I have in my original works, except where otherwise
stated.

Many of my Paintings have been registered with the United States Copyright Office.

My artwork may display a copyright notice such as: © Nancy Hilton 2026 or © 2026 Nancy Hilton.

Copyright notices, my name, signatures, and other ownership information may not be removed, obscured, altered, or falsely represented.

The absence of a copyright notice from an individual image, post, video, audio recording, or other Content does not constitute permission to reproduce, distribute, sell, license, or commercially use that Content.

AI-Assisted Images

Some images made available through this Website and my authorized online accounts are AI-assisted
images created by me or created by members of my marketing team for my projects under written
agreements with me.

I provide ideas, concepts, instructions, creative direction, and/or other creative input for images created for my projects.

I retain and/or own the rights provided to me under my written agreements with collaborators, subject to
applicable law.

Because copyright protection for AI-generated material may vary under applicable law, I do not claim rights beyond those recognized by law. My rights may include rights arising from my human-authored
contributions, creative direction, editing, selection, arrangement, and other protectable elements, as
applicable.

I did not use photographs of other individuals as source material for these AI-assisted images.

I reserve all rights that I own in these images.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to claim copyright protection for material that is not protected by
applicable law.

Limited Personal-Use License

When I expressly make a Painting, AI Image, or other Content available for download, I grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use that Content solely for your own personal, noncommercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may:

  • Download Content that I expressly make available for download.
  • Print it for your personal use.
  • Have it printed or framed for your personal use.
  • Display it in your home or personal space.
  • Display it on your personal computer, phone, tablet, or other personal device.
  • Display it on your personal, noncommercial social-media account.
  • Give a printed copy to a family member or friend without charge.
  • Share a link to my Website or authorized online Content.

This license does not transfer ownership of the Content to you.

Sharing My Artwork

I encourage you to share links to hiltonartist.com with friends and family.

You may share my artwork on your personal, noncommercial social-media account provided that:

  • You do not claim that you created or own the artwork.
  • You do not remove my copyright notice or attribution when one is present.
  • You do not falsely imply that I endorse or sponsor you, your organization, product, service, or cause.

    The sharing is not commercial.
  • You do not falsely imply that my Content has been officially endorsed, sponsored, authorized, or approved by another organization.

Whenever reasonably possible, please identify the artwork as being by Nancy Hilton and provide a link to my Website.

Sharing a link to my Website or the original authorized social-media post is preferred to redistributing the original digital file.

When sharing my artwork on social media, users should use the original post or a link to my Website whenever reasonably possible rather than uploading or redistributing the original downloadable file.

    Prohibited Uses

    • Sell my Paintings, AI Images, Written Works, Audio, Video, or other Content.
    • License or sublicense my Content.

    • Use my Content for unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, pornographic, or otherwise unlawful purposes.

    Personal Printing

    You may have my Paintings or AI Images printed by a commercial printing or framing service for your own personal, noncommercial use.

    The printing service may reproduce the image only to the extent reasonably necessary to fulfill your
    personal order.

    You may not use a printing service to produce merchandise or products incorporating my Content for sale or commercial distribution.

    I do not recommend or endorse any particular printing or framing service.

    Personal Display and Technical Adjustments

    You may make ordinary technical adjustments reasonably necessary for personal printing or display, such as resizing or cropping an image to fit a frame, page, screen, or device.

    You may not substantially alter, remix, manipulate, transform, or incorporate my Content into another
    creative work for distribution or commercial use without my prior written permission.

    Written Works and Stories

    My Written Works, including my stories and books, are protected by copyright to the extent provided by
    applicable law.

    My book God’s Wake-Up Call, by Nancy Goldberg Hilton, was published in 2011. My book, My Miracle
    From God (formerly My Burning Bush) was published in 2010.

    Unless I have expressly given permission otherwise, you may not:

    • Reproduce my stories or books in whole or substantial part.
    • Republish my stories or books.
    • Sell, license, or commercially distribute them.
    • Present them as your own work.
    • Alter them and present the altered version as my work.
    • Incorporate them into another publication, product, website, or commercial service.
    • Remove copyright or authorship information.

    You may share links to my Website and authorized social-media posts for personal purposes.

    Audio and Video

    My Audio and Video Content is protected by copyright and other applicable rights to the extent provided by law.

    Unless I give prior written permission, you may not:

    Religious, Spiritual, and Artistic Content

    Some Content on this Website expresses my personal religious and spiritual beliefs, testimony,
    interpretations, and artistic perspectives.

    I, Nancy Hilton, am not an official representative, spokesperson, employee, or agent of The Church of
    Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I do not represent the Church.

    My paintings, AI-assisted images, stories, written works, audio, video, and other Content are my own
    creative works and personal expressions. They should not be understood as official statements, teachings, publications, artwork, historical documentation, or positions of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

    Some of my artwork is an artistic or imaginative interpretation inspired by scripture, gospel principles,

    Church.

    The use of the name of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in descriptive, educational,
    historical, or religious contexts does not indicate that the Church created, approved, sponsored, endorsed, or authorized my Artwork.

    I do not use the Church’s official logo, symbol, wordmark, or other protected branding to suggest that my
    Website or Artwork is an official Church publication or project.
